Terms & Policies
These Terms & Policies apply to all Motion Master services, including photography, filmmaking, commercial video production, editing, motion graphics, drone services, digital products, online tools, downloads, creative applications, AI workflows and website services.
1. General Agreement
By booking, purchasing, downloading, submitting a form, accessing the website or using any Motion Master service, you agree to these Terms & Policies.
2. Services Covered
Motion Master provides creative and production services including:
- Photography services
- Video production
- Commercial media
- Real estate content
- Drone production
- Motion graphics
- Color grading
- Retouching
- Digital products
- Creative tools
- AI-assisted services
3. Booking, Reservation & Down Payment
A project is officially reserved only after approval and payment of the required booking retainer or down payment.
- Photography projects may require 25%–50% down payment.
- Video productions may require 30%–60% down payment.
- Large productions may require a custom payment structure.
4. Payments & Final Balance
Final files, videos, galleries, exports, downloads or completed deliverables may be held until the balance is paid in full. Late payments may delay delivery or pause the project.
5. Delivery Times
- Photography sessions: approximately 7–21 business days.
- Advanced retouching: custom timeline.
- Small video projects: approximately 2–4 weeks.
- Commercial productions: approximately 4–8 weeks.
- Large projects: custom delivery schedule.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, motion graphics, audio work, production volume and client response time.
6. Client Delays
Motion Master is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, missing materials, delayed communication, location issues, concept changes or unpaid balances.
- Projects inactive for more than 30 days may be placed on hold.
- Projects inactive for more than 90 days may require reactivation fees.
7. Revisions & Creative Changes
Each project includes a limited number of revisions based on the approved proposal. Major changes, re-edits, reshoots, new concepts, new graphics, new scripts or additional production are billed separately.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Booking retainers are non-refundable.
- Late cancellations may generate additional production fees.
- Same-day cancellations may become fully billable.
- Rescheduling depends on Motion Master availability.
9. Copyright, Licensing & Usage Rights
Final delivered content may be used by the client according to the approved agreement. RAW files, working project files, editing timelines, layered files and source materials remain property of Motion Master unless purchased or licensed separately.
Portfolio Rights
Motion Master may display completed work on its website, social media, portfolio, advertising, case studies and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
10. Photography, Video & Production Policy
The client is responsible for securing locations, access, permissions, permits, talent releases, property releases and venue approval when required.
11. Drone Services Policy
Drone services depend on weather, safety, FAA rules, airspace restrictions, property permissions and pilot discretion. Drone operations may be cancelled or modified if conditions are unsafe or legally restricted.
12. Digital Products, Online Tools & Downloads
Digital products, website tools, templates, downloads, presets, creative assets, applications and educational resources are provided under a limited license.
- No resale.
- No redistribution.
- No reverse engineering.
- No unauthorized copying.
- No claim of ownership over Motion Master tools or assets.
13. Website Use Policy
Users may not copy, scrape, attack, abuse, reverse engineer, extract, duplicate or misuse any part of the Motion Master website. Access may be restricted if misuse is detected.
14. Privacy & Client Data
Motion Master may collect information submitted through forms, including name, email, phone number, project details and communication preferences. This information is used for quotes, communication, downloads, service delivery and project management.
Motion Master does not sell personal information.
15. Refund Policy
Because creative work requires planning, scheduling, labor and preparation, retainers, deposits, custom services and completed digital products are generally non-refundable. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.
16. AI-Assisted Services Disclaimer
Motion Master may use AI-assisted tools for creative development, editing support, design concepts, automation, image enhancement, motion design and workflow optimization. AI-assisted results may require human review, correction and creative refinement.
17. No Guaranteed Business Results
Motion Master does not guarantee sales, bookings, viral performance, follower growth, advertising results, algorithm ranking, engagement levels or revenue outcomes.
18. Force Majeure
Motion Master is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failure, illness, emergencies, government restrictions, internet outages, venue issues, transportation problems or natural disasters.
19. Limitation of Liability
Motion Master’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service. Motion Master is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, lost revenue, business interruption, platform changes, third-party issues or marketing performance.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
